Early 2011 we looked long and hard for the right IT Developers to work with us in launching our new website, the conclusion of this was Lost Ferret. They weren't the cheapest....but they were by far the best value for money decision in the long run. They worked closely with my team to achieve the best possible outcome in a short space of time to make sure we met the Christmas rush deadline, allowing us to launch just before Christmas hit. Once launched we unfortunately had a some stock system issues (not caused by Lost Ferret), however they went out of their way to help us with fixing them. The end result is a slick looking website, excellent sales conversions, with great SEO, efficiently run operational systems combined with a great working relationship.
