Lost Ferret offer a range of Tier-3 options to suit the demands of your online business - large or small.
You will have a choice of 3 hosting platforms - 2 levels of shared hosting and a customisable dedicated option. We highly recommend the dedicated route if resources allow, as you can never be adversely affected by anybody else’s site issues.
If you choose the dedicated platform you will be covered by an SLA through our hosting partner to ensure 99.99% continuity of site accessibility, and who will be available to help with any out of hours hosting issues that may occur. They will be the first point of contact in the event of an out of hours site failure and will contact us in the event that they cannot fix it.
Their network is fully redundant with three fully diverse fibre feeds and multiple bandwidth suppliers, including their own direct peering at LINX in London.
