You will have access to several of our in-house team for all support related issues within normal working hours – 9am to 5.30pm. We pride ourselves on our customer support. You can contact us by phone or email during office hours with any queries.
To offer you the best available service, we guarantee a response time according to the level of incident or problem during working hours.
This includes advice on how to use the current website and any issues at all you or end-users may encounter. We can tailor a package to exactly suit your needs too, if required.
There's a bit of a crossover into consultancy sometimes, but you'll get help whichever it is.
We've set up some online support documentation too, and there will be a full knowledge base online soon.
